Noise Attacks

An interesting article was published in a blog made by a Chinese Master who is an Insider of Schools who are teaching inner martial arts:

I want to inform about incidents which are not well known outside some Chinese Martial Art Masters.
It is possible to transform energies to noise and to transmit it to other people. Even over distances.
Such attacks are not yet understand by people who surprisingly get them.
